Polyester cable-metering boxes

Construction

Enclosures used for the construction of switchgears are made of polyester material reinforced with glass fiber in light gray RAL 7035 or other on customer’s request. The material belongs to the self-extinguishing materials of flame class V0. These enclosures are distinguished by high mechanical strength, resistance to weather conditions, high aesthetics, easy installation of power devices, versatility and the ability to configure any switchgear, depending on the client’s needs.

The doors used in the enclosures are equipped with an HS lock in which the patented insert can be mounted in the Master Key system or other system or shaped insert. The doors ensure min. five-point locking by preventing access by unauthorized persons. The construction of the hinges allows quick disassembly of the door, which greatly simplifies installation work. The housings used provide gravity ventilation at IP44 (IP54)

Available connectors types

Cable boxes

Cable boxes equipped with bases or fuse disconnectors are used in the distribution of energy in main supply lines. It is possible to use slat or box-type appliances depending on customer requirements.

Metering boxes

Measuring connectors with a direct measurement system used in housing construction. Equipped with meter boards adapted for the installation of an electricity meter, in the measuring part there is a free space for mounting the current protection. Equipment may differ depending on the destination of the measuring switchgear.

Cable - metering boxes

Cable - metering boxes are a combination of cable and metering connectors in one compact dimension. The most common configuration that saves space and facilitates operational service.

Metering boxes with semi-indirect system

Metering boxes with semi-indirect system used to measure electrical energy with currents greater than 63A, the measuring system is implemented through current transformers and a control and measurement strip. The system most often implemented together with the cable part and elements facilitating the service of the operating service.

SON/SOK type boxes

Boxes are mainly used for street lighting control in either the pillar version or the foundation for installation in the ground. They contain a controller to manage the lighting switching time and an executive element in the form of a contactor switching individual circuits supplying street lighting.
